Terms of Service

• Class fees, payment methods, and applicable surcharges are displayed on the booking page prior to payment.
• Credit card payments carry a processing surcharge to offset the fee charged to us by our card processor. Zelle and Venmo payments do not carry this surcharge. The surcharge amount is displayed as a separate line item on the payment step.
• Zelle and Venmo bookings place a 60-minute hold on your seat while we verify your payment. If the payment does not arrive within 60 minutes, the hold expires and the seat is released.
• Attendance at any class is contingent on payment being received and confirmed prior to class start time.
• All payment issues — incorrect amounts, duplicate charges, misapplied credits — are governed by §8 (Payment, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution) of the Waiver you signed.

• By the participant: Refund policy depends on class type and how far in advance you cancel. Contact us at danceragerz@gmail.com for a specific class's refund window. Studio credit may be offered in place of a monetary refund at our discretion.
• By the Studio: If the Studio cancels a class for any reason (instructor illness, venue issue, insufficient enrollment), you will receive a full refund or studio credit at your choice, communicated by email within 3 business days of the cancellation.
• No refunds are issued after the class has started.
• Missed classes without prior cancellation are non-refundable.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a class through the Site.
• For participants under 18: bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf. The parent or legal guardian is the account holder, agrees to these Terms, agrees to the Privacy Policy, and signs the Waiver on the minor's behalf.
• By booking a class for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to consent to the minor's participation and to the collection of the minor's information as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create their own accounts or book directly. If we learn that a user under 13 has done so without parental consent, we will delete the account and any collected information.

You agree not to:

• Book class spots you do not intend to use, then resell or transfer them to others without our consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (e.g., signing the waiver in someone else's name, using a stolen payment code, or booking under a false identity).
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Studio systems, admin surfaces, or other users' accounts.
• Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or that harasses, harms, or defrauds other users.

• All content on the Site — including logos, photographs, videos, course materials, choreography, and text — is owned by AnuragerZ Dance Studios or licensed for our use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written consent.
• By enrolling in a class, you grant the Studio permission to photograph, film, and record your participation for promotional, educational, and social media purposes, as described in the Waiver you sign. If you wish to opt out of being photographed or recorded, please notify your instructor before class begins.
